You can use this form to email us, but it is important that you select the correct option or it will take us longer to deal with your query.

Before you email us you should ALWAYS check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ�s) many commonly asked questions can be answered without emailing us.

If you want to report someone for breaking the Habbo Way you should use the Call For Help and report their actions to an on duty Hobba as soon as it happens, we need evidence to ban people from Habbo and a Call For Help will ensure the offending Habbo is dealt with as swiftly as possible. The only exception to this is when you have been scammed, you should then use the Report A Scammer form.

Forgotten Your Password

If you have forgotten your password and YOU KNOW the date of birth, and email address on your account then you should use the Forgotten Password link.

If you DO NOT KNOW the date of birth on your account then you should use the Contact Us form and select �Forgotten my password� from the drop down menu.

Been Scammed

If you have had your account stolen and you need a new password for your account and YOU KNOW the date of birth, and email address on your account then you should use the Help I've Been Scammed link.

If you don�t know your date of birth then you should request a new password via the contact form as above.

Which Drop Down Option?

Why Am I Banned - If your account has been banned from Habbo for more than 7 days and you want to question the ban, then you should select this option.

PLEASE NOTE: If you email us and it hasn�t been more than 7 days you will be asked to email back at a later date.

Habbo Credits - If you have any problems regarding Habbo Credits or payment methods then you should select this option.

Having Problems Checking In - If you cannot check in for any reason other than an incorrect password then you should select this option.

HabboHood Happenings - Select this option to submit an article for the HabboHood Happenings. If your article is safety related then you should select �Submit A Safety Article�.

Habbo Room Dropper Request - Select this option if you want to advertise your room in the Newsie.

Submit A Safety Article - Select this option to submit a safety article for the Newsie.

I�ve Got An Idea - If you have an idea select this option, an ideas we use will get you 50 Credits.

I�m A Parent - If you are a parent and you would like to email Habbo please select this option.
